Rose Park Plaza is a HUD-subsidized affordable family housing community in Billings, Montana. Through the HUD rental assistance program, qualified residents generally pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, subject to program requirements. For households with very limited income, rent may be as low as $25 per month. HUD assistance covers the remaining approved rent amount, helping make quality housing affordable and accessible.
